MGM Resorts International is increasing resort and parking fees at its properties on the Las Vegas Strip starting Wednesday. The new rates, which were announced in December, will apply across all MGM properties along the resort corridor.

At Bellagio, Aria Resort & Casino, Vdara, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the daily resort fee will rise by $5 to $55. For MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Delano, Park MGM, Nomad, and The Signature, the daily resort fee will increase to $50—up $5 for the first three properties and $8 for the last three. New York-New York Hotel & Casino, Luxor Hotel and Casino, and Excalibur Hotel and Casino will have a resort fee of $45, reflecting a $3 increase for New York-New York and an $8 increase for the others.

MGM explains that these pricing adjustments are based on industry standards, factoring in the bundled costs of amenities and services included in the stay. Additionally, parking fees for certain guests are also rising. Self-parking fees will be $20 Monday through Thursday and $25 on weekends. Hotel guests using self-parking will pay $20 every day, an increase of $2 from the current rate.
