Get ready to explore a colorful world of feathered characters, cascading reels and exciting bonus opportunities in
Birds in the City, a video slot from Betsoft Gaming. Building on the original Birds slot, this sequel introduces a six-reel, five-row layout packed with multipliers, free spins and several features designed to keep every spin interesting.
Birds in the City features a 6x5 grid with a pay-anywhere system, meaning winning combinations are not restricted to traditional paylines. Instead, matching symbols can create payouts across the grid. When a winning combination lands, the corresponding symbols disappear, allowing new symbols to fall into place. These cascading reels can produce additional wins during a single spin, creating more opportunities for combinations to develop.
The game combines its colorful bird-themed presentation with mechanics that emphasize multipliers and bonus rounds. With very high volatility, results can vary considerably between sessions, making it important for players to understand the game's features and wagering risks before playing.
Multipliers are a major part of the
Birds in the City experience. Multiplier symbols can appear during regular gameplay and free spins, with individual values reaching as high as 500x. After a sequence of cascades finishes, the multiplier values appearing on the screen are added together and applied to the resulting win. This mechanic gives successful spins the potential to deliver significantly larger payouts when winning combinations and valuable multipliers appear together.
Players can trigger the free spins feature by landing four or more Scatter symbols, awarding 15 free spins. During this bonus round, multipliers collected from winning spins contribute to a growing total multiplier. When another multiplier appears during a winning spin, the accumulated total is applied to the win.
Landing three or more Scatter symbols during free spins awards five additional spins, extending the bonus round.
Super Scatter symbols provide another potential reward. When at least one Super Scatter appears in the combination that triggers free spins, players receive an instant prize based on the number of Super Scatter symbols included.
Mystery symbols can appear during regular spins and cascading sequences, revealing symbols that may help create or contribute to winning combinations.
Players can also activate Bet Booster, a feature that doubles the chance of triggering free spins during the base game. For those who prefer direct access to bonus gameplay,
Birds in the City offers Buy Bonus options for 15 free spins or 15 Super Free Spins, the latter featuring multipliers of 10x or higher.
Overall,
Birds in the City combines cascading gameplay with multiple bonus mechanics, giving players several features to discover throughout their sessions. Whether you're interested in multiplier mechanics, free spins or the potential for consecutive wins, this Betsoft slot offers a feature-rich take on the original Birds concept.
